All our cakes are baked with high quality ingredients. We use a premium Belgian Callebaut chocolate to ganache and layer all our cakes. The cakes are then covered and finished in a sweet fondant sugar paste.

Please note if you are having two or more flavours the speciality flavours must be for the top tier only. They are a lighter cake and cannot hold a mud flavour placed on the top of them.
